Streamline Your Assessment in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1. Discover crucial review elements:

• Headcount: To get started, we will need to obtain an accurate count of your contingent workforce across different locations and labor categories through client spend data (if available) and supplier RFI’s.

• Current spend: Evaluate your expenditure on contingent labor, including rates, fees, screens, terms and overall costs.

• Business rules and processes: Document the existing rules, guidelines, and workflows governing contingent workforce management.

• Identifying known inefficiencies: Understand the bottlenecks, challenges, and areas where your current processes fall short.

Step 2. Data input into WRAP

Workspend will input all collected data into WRAP (Workspend Reporting & Analytics Platform) such as headcount, turnover, skill sets, classification mix, cost structures and financial metrics & compliance/business requirements by supplier & location.

A detailed overview of the workforce engaged in assignments, including their roles, locations, and contract types (1099 or W2).

Recommendation Report

Comprehensive recommendations will be provided based on the data and analysis, outlining the advisability of implementing an MSP/VMS program.

Business Case

Based on the collected data and analysis, a comprehensive business case will be provided. This will include projected benefits, potential cost savings, and risk assessments.

• Worker classification assessment covering W2 and 1099 statuses.

• Verification of adequate insurance through a Certificate of Insurance.
